Dr. Mandy Alamwala, Dmd

Dr. Mandy Alamwala grew up in the Pacific Northwest, just across the border in Abbotsford, BC. She earned her Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of British Columbia, majoring in Cell Biology and Genetics, before heading to Boston to pursue dentistry. At Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine with honors, building a strong clinical foundation that now shapes how she cares for patients at Borderview Family Dental in Blaine, WA.

After her years in Boston, Dr. Alamwala felt the pull of the Pacific Northwest and returned home, marrying her high school sweetheart shortly after. Today, she and her husband stay busy with their two children, Kennedy and Karter. In her free time, she loves traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with family and friends, experiences that bring warmth and perspective to every patient interaction.

Dr. Alamwala is deeply involved in the dental community and currently holds leadership positions with the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, and the Mount Baker District Dental Society. Most recently, she was selected as a fellow at the Pierre Fauchard Academy, a recognition reserved for dentists who demonstrate outstanding professional achievement and service. Her commitment to advancing the profession reflects how she practices: thoughtfully, thoroughly, and always with the patient in mind.
